The beautiful port city at the coast of Morocco is where we start our series ‘A Day In’. The first episode was part of MOGA creation, a collaborative project with electronic artists and traditional Moroccan musicians. In the sacred Medina of Essaouira, we fused Gnawa music with our electronic sounds together with Maalem Omar Hayat and his crotales players. A performance that was repeated live at Moga Festival, and was captured in a 2-track EP ‘Essaouira
